As the New Year of 2023 rolls on in, I have made a few fitness goals. Now, I am not sure about you, but getting to the fitness level I would like to be at is really going to take some hard dedication and daily motivation in order for me to be successful.
As a personal trainer, and Beachbody Coach, I have really thought more about living a healthier lifestyle and becoming more dedicated to my passion of fitness than ever.

Don't get me wrong, I've always been a strong advocate for health and fitness, but I need to be better at getting fit and stick to my fitness diet.
In 2022, it was a hard year for me. My daughter was born at the beginning of the year, and I struggled to recover postpartum. I am finally ready to be able to train and to feel like I can push myself to get those gains that I actually want to see.
So, this means that I have only a few months to be able to train for 5ks since those usually start around March. Right now, I've got my family signed up for the Bubble Run 5k and the Color Run 5k, which we always look forward to, but we usually just have fun and walk the race.

In order to train for the 5k races, I decided to try Beachbody's 30 Day Breakaway. This year, my goal is run my fastest 5k ever. This mean, I'm going to train hard.
