What Is Beachbody's 2B Mindset Program & Can It Help With Weight Loss?

Before I started my weight loss journey, (and way before I became a Beachbody Coach and a personal trainer) I had tried a few weight loss and nutritional programs. Needless to say, none of them really worked for me. I kept bouncing back and forth between gaining weight and loosing it. I never really knew how to properly fuel my body, or what kind of foods I needed to be eating. I came across the Beachbody 2B Mindset Nutritional Program. When I came across this, I realized that this is what I have been needing. A clear cut way to know what I'm suppose to be eating.





2B Mindset by Beachbody is a weight-loss program that will change your mindset about food, your body, and losing weight ENTIRELY. It's great because it focuses on what you focuses on what you can eat so you feel full, satisfied, and in control without ever counting calories or points or measuring food. The creator, Ilana Muhlstein MS, RDN (Registered Dietitian Nutritionist), is going to share tips, tools, and strategies to help you loose the weight too and develop healthier eating habits.






What comes in the 2B Mindset Kit?


The Beachbody 2B Mindset Kit contains a series of short videos to teach you the basic principles of the program such as education on food groups, what to eat and when, plus real-life strategies for every eating situation. She shares helpful tips for eating at restaurants, at parties, while on a trip, for vegans/vegetarians, and so much more helpful info to make sure you have the tools for success. The 2B Mindset shows how you can to get to, and maintain, your ideal weight, while eating foods you enjoy. I can say that I never felt deprived of food, and there are some great aspects of the program also:

• No deprivation or feeling hungry

How is Shakeology integrated into the 2B Mindset?
